    From Proving to Improving: A program that activates your learning practice for impact, moving from merely demonstrating results to enhancing performance.

  • Interactive sessions for teams of 3-8 to collaboratively work through projects, addressing tensions, testing solutions, and equipping for future challenges. Includes tailored retreats or off-sites without breaking the bank.

Collective & Change Lab

The Brico Collective & Change Lab is your dynamic hub for connection, learning, and collaboration. We bring together a diverse network of changemakers in unique ways to share knowledge, explore innovative solutions, and develop practical skills to maximize your impact. We want to amplify your voice, spark innovation and empower action and creation.

  • Change Cohorts are Mastermind-like groups centered on enhancing change capabilities. They provide a platform for sharing experiences, learning, and addressing change implementation challenges collectively, aiming to boost each member's change-driving ability within their organizations.
