As the founder and dreamer of Brico Works, I bring over 15 years of experience in nonprofit operational alchemy to the table. My passion lies in building teams, systems and tools that help changemakers do their work better. I’ve worked in program development, fundraising, communications, evaluation and served as a volunteer and board member for multiple social change organizations. I’ve seen, felt, and been a part of what differentiates a good nonprofit from a great nonprofit and I’m excited to help social change leaders reimagine their work.
